Pharmacists: Please process the Text2Rx™ Plus card as a 100% copay claim with BIN No.: 013824; PCN: RXCUT GroupNo.: DHD00010; and the cardholder's 10-digit mobile number as the member ID. If the cardholder is a cash paying customer, Text2Rx™ Plus is to be processed as the primary pricing source. If the cardholder presents a funded prescription benefit card for the prescription, the Text2Rx™ Plus card is to be processed second, as a separate pricing source, and not in coordination with the funded benefit. The cardholder is entitled to receive the benefit of the lesser of the funded prescription benefit copay, pharmacy usual and customary charge or Text2Rx™ Plus discounted price. The cardholder can save up to 75% off the usual and customary charge for the prescription being dispensed, and when the Text2Rx™ Plus card is used, there is no minimum savings. Actual savings are based on the prescription(s) written, the cardholder's insurance or benefit coverage, and the pharmacy's usual and customary charge. Under certain circumstances, the cardholder's out-of-pocket costs may vary. The Text2Rx™ Plus card must be accompanied by a valid, signed prescription with the appropriate dosage and days supply written on the prescription by the physician or other lawful prescriber. The Text2Rx™ Plus card is not valid in any state or jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law. Offers with completed mobile numbers may not be reproduced, submitted to any other payor or person or used for any purpose except to obtain the discounted pricing in this program. The prescriber's DEA# or NPI is required for every prescription filled.

You pay the lowest possible price between the Text2Rx™ Plus discounted price, your insurance copay and the pharmacy cash price. Under certain insurance programs you may be required to submit a paper claim to your insurance provider to track your out of pocket costs, please check with your provider before using this program. There is no maximum discount amount. By using this discount card, you are certifying that you are at least 18 years of age and understand, accept and are complying with all the requirements and restrictions listed on this offer. You also certify that using this card is consistent with the requirements of your health plan.
